This article presents demographic data about the Brazilian music therapist clinician and introduces and discusses the achieved results on the research about mistakes in the music therapy practice reported by Brazilian clinical music therapists. The research was approved under Temple’s IRB protocol number 20280). The results are presented as well as a discussion on mistakes in general health practice and specifically in music therapy.
