During the Preventive and Mandatory Social Isolation, popularly called quarantine, decreed in Argentina due to the COVID19 pandemic, there were changes generated in the routines of the population. These changes include the continuity of ongoing music therapy treatments through telecare. In a group of families of children and adolescents with neuropathologies and multiple disabilities, these modifications in the routines engendered differences in the rhythms of daily activity that originated consequences in Music Therapy treatments and in the patients' own biological rhythms. This article details the analysis of these changes in daily rhythms, the interventions carried out and the results in Music Therapy treatments.
