This work presents a qualitative study of music therapy clinical work, with a specific focus on the voice. The bibliography research was centered on vocal elements present in published works of music therapy. The data findings result from the music therapy process required in the graduation placement, it was video recorded during four clinical appointments. The tools of intervention that stood out in this process were the vocal elements applied through exercises with elderly people.
