This paper addresses the importance of therapeutic framework as a basis for creation of the link between music therapist and client, from the point of view of Abordaje Plurimodal en Musicoterapia (APM). The importance of the framework is highlighted theoretical, specialization with the population to intervene, the record of experiences musical instruments, the musical instruments of the setting, the edited music file and the supervision, as elements of the therapeutic framework determined in the APM.These elements together, with the internal framework of the music therapist and the importance of transference and countertransference phenomena in music therapy, give as result of the establishment of an action framework that enables and strengthens the creation of the link between client and therapist for the development of the therapeutic process.
