This article aims to present the possibility of a board game for use in the music therapy setting. Games have been used as a therapeutic tool since the Mesopotamian era, and sounds defined as a healing approach by the people of Africa and Greece. As far as the ludic path is concerned, the act of playing is part of human formation. In this sense, the music therapy game MusicalMente was elaborated, based on the four musical experiences of Bruscia (2000). The methodology used for the construction of the game, as well as the theoretical instructions about its rules, occurred during the post-graduation internship in Music Therapy. The game should be applied by music therapists, in the sessions, based on the difficulties presented by the patients, in order to help in the evolution and achievement of the therapeutic objective.
