Abstract

Interview with the Music Therapist Camila Siqueira Gouvêa Acosta Gonçalves for occasion of her participation in the XXII Music Therapy Forum of Paraná - 50 years of AMT-PR following Music Therapist Jonia Maria Dozza Messagi. With the objective of registering her presentation about the trajectory of AMT-PR through the people who have worked in it since the year 2001. In his speech he brought us the drawing of the five-pointed star as a metaphor for the 50 years of the Music Therapy Association of Paraná. At each point he highlighted an aspect: formation - professional practice - collaboration - representativeness and construction of knowledge/research, all driven by pioneering. Camila SiqueiraGouvêa Acosta Gonçalves is a Music Therapist associated by AMT-PR -- CPMT 197/07 PR. PhD student in Health Technology, Bioengineering, by the PPGTS of the PontifíciaUniversidadeCatólica do Paraná (PUCPR). Master in Music Therapy by Concordia University, Canada, with validation by UFG, Bachelor in Music Therapy by UNESPAR and Degree in Pedagogy by UFPR. With 16 years of professional practice, Camila is a professor at CENSUPEG in the post latosensu courses in Music Therapy and in Receptive Methods and Techniques in Clinical and Hospital Music Therapy. She is a member of the International Association for Music and Medicine (IAMM) and the World Federation of Music Therapy (WFMT), of which she is part of the Council, as regional representative for Latin America and the Caribbean (regional liaison, 2020-23). Camila is trained in Neurological Music Therapy (NMT- Fellow), by the NMT Academy, and is proficient in the DIR/Floortime model, by the ICDL of New York. Sheis a musictherapist supervisor and a memberofthe Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisas Interdisciplinares em Musicoterapia - NEPIM (UNESPAR) and LER (PUCPR).
