Abstract

Music Therapy can be a supportive therapy for parents of DST children. This experience report aims to show the process of implementation of a music therapist based on Benenzon Model, for parents who have children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and to raise possible hypothesis on how to comprehend the no adhesion process of these parents. The adhesion or not to some therapy group occurs by a complex multifactors which should be observed, analyzed and taken into account at the time of practice, assembly and execution of the Music Therapy group.
