Abstract

Starting from Bruno Latour's conception of society as something that is not pre-existing and understanding that politics is one of its main articulators, the academic essay analyzes part of the current situation of the SUS System in Brazil, focusing on historical processes of outsourcing in Health. It attaches importance to the insertion of the movement of professional associations of music therapists as part of the policy that makes the groups speak in this scenario of usurpation of rights of citizens and precariousness of work and health of people. The case used as emblematic is that of the city of Rio de Janeiro. It concludes by understanding the impediments and powers of a collective movement.
