A COMPOSIÇÃO DE CANÇÕES COMO ESTRATÉGIA TERAPÊUTICA EM MUSICOTERAPIA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA EM LÍNGUA INGLESA

Resumo

As investigações sobre o uso da composição de canções em musicoterapia vem crescendo nos últimos anos. Objetivando esclarecer no que consiste a técnica, em quais áreas é utilizada e quais os principais resultados encontrados até agora foi realizada uma revisão integrativa sobre a composição de canções de pacientes em tratamento musicoterápico na literatura em língua inglesa. Para tanto foram consultados 5 portais de busca online e selecionados 18 artigos completos de 9 periódicos científicos com autoria de 14 pesquisadores. Os artigos selecionados apresentavam o termo songwriting como o tema do trabalho e relacionavam essa técnica com a produção de pacientes/clientes de musicoterapia. Dentre os principais resultados destacou-se o favorecimento da manifestação de sentimentos e emoções, a satisfação em construir algo próprio, a conquista de recontar com liberdade suas experiências. O processo terapêutico de composição de canções apresentou-se como um recurso muito útil dentro das técnicas de musicoterapia.
