MUSICOTERAPIA E ESPIRITUALIDADE: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Resumo

Essa revisão integrativa baseou-se em inquietações acerca da espiritualidade no campo da Musicoterapia. Por esse motivo, o objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar na literatura, dos últimos vinte anos, estudos sobre a espiritualidade na musicoterapia. A pesquisa oportunizou refletir, criticar e compreender como cada texto trabalhou o assunto abordado. Dos 23 artigos inicialmente selecionados, foram excluídos 8, permanecendo 15 para análise em conjunto. Destes, pode-se observar que são da área hospitalar, e os resultados das sessões de Musicoterapia apontaram melhorias nos cuidados
espirituais, na autoestima, empoderamento, conexão com algo maior, instilação de esperança, motivação, reflexões sobre cura, mente, corpo, alma, bem-estar espiritual e saúde integral. Mais estudos e contribuições na direção da temática
tornam-se necessários, especificamente no contexto brasileiro.
