This work is a qualitative research where observations were made of primary care music therapy group in order to investigate the relationships of sound-musical aspects of the group participants and group dynamics. The research has occurred during the course of undergraduate, between the years 2010 and 2011, in the Institutional Program of Scientific Initiation of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development, which is supervised and coordinated by a professor at the School of Music and Performing Arts of the Federal University of Goias. During the first phase of the research took place on seeking review of theoretical literature on the subject matter and the second section devoted to the phase observations. We observed six sessions of a group process for data collection used the Protocolo de Observação de Grupos em Musicoterapia (ZANINI, 2003), which allowed better organization and convenience in observation and reporting of the sessions observed. It may be noted the similarity of the sound productions of the group participants with the characteristics of the role that each group has played.
