Currently, more and more research are being conducted concerning the sensory nature that constitute the autism spectrum disorder in childhood since the first months of life. It is observed that in many autistic children there seems to be some imbalance in the processing of sensory experiences, which affects the ability of them to engage in interpersonal relationships in the course of their lives. Several authors tell us that dialogue-tonic sound sensory characteristic of parenting is a fundamental condition for the child can relate to each other (the mother, the father, the family and other social circles). In this article I seek to investigate the influence of rhythmic and melodic integration between my sing (improvised or re-created) and the Palming (a specific body touch from Psycho-Organic Analysis), in the conquest of a bond and the beginning of a therapeutic relationship that I lived with an autistic child of 4 years, during one semester, in the sector of music therapy of CRPDCIAD/SMPD-RJ.
